This Two and A Half Layer Forming Speciality Fabrics is made by high quality polyester & nylon that is 16 shaft 2.5 layers structure.It is widely used in Paper Industry. It is used for forming section and for cultural paper machine usually.The top layer of this forming fabric is used thin weft polyester that is used thinner polyester weft in high-density woven and the bottom layer is changed from 8 yarns spanning to 16 yarns to promote the wear resistance of bottom yarn, simultaneously it is woven by thick polyester and nylon to increase the service life. The bottom of this forming fabric is double-warp locked structure,and it runs with high loading for vertical direction and wrinkle resistance for cross direction.It is with stable structure,high retention of filler,good dewatering and high wear resistance.It can used for fourdrinier machine and the top wire and bottom wire of multi-wire paper machine.

It is suitable to produce cultural paper(40-80gsm),and used for top wire(20-40gsm) and middle wire(40-60gsm).
