This polyester and nylon monofilament forming fabric is made by excellent quality polyester & nylon that is 16 shaft 2.5 layers structure.It is widely used in Paper Industry.The supporting weft yarn in cross direction is used to increase the retention.It is woven by thicker polyester and nylon yarn in the bottom of mesh to increase the service life,simultaneously the bottom of this forming fabric is double-warp locked structure,and it runs with high loading for vertical direction and wrinkle resistance for cross direction.The weft yarn in the bottom is big and long-span that is greatly increase the service life.Its structure is stable and the retention of filler is high. It is with good dewatering and high wear resistance.It can used for fourdrinier machine and the middle wire/bottom wire of multi-wire paper machine.

This polyester and nylon monofilament forming fabric is suitable to produce fluting paper(60-170gsm),used for middle wire(40-80gsm) for test liner and bottom wire for coated paper and test liner.
