Forming Fabric

D-fabric® is the first and one of the largest polyester forming fabric and dryer screen manufacturer and supplier, located in Jiangmen City, China.Our factory is founded in 1995,and we are specializing in the research and production of paper machine clothing for almost 30 years. We have 180 employees,including 97 professional technology R&D technicians. All of our manufacturing facilities including warping machine,weaving machine, automatic seaming machine and heat-setting machine are equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment in the early 1990s, which have been imported from Norway, Sweden and Austria.

There are SSB triple layers,2.5 layers,1.5 layers,single layer forming fabric used for forming section of paper machine. Forming fabrics are used for the initial stage of water removal. The characteristics of polyester forming fabric are that they are long-lasting, have good wear endurance, are high strength, have weak alkaline resistance and acid resistance. They also have less wire marks, a better sheet smoothness.

Our forming fabric and dryer screen are in the reliable and high quality to reach the leading level in China.Our quality system has been assessed and meets the IS09001:2008 quality standard by TUV,and we have obtained 15 related patents,including 6 international patents.We have established a long term cooperative relationship with global top paper-making enterprises, simultaneously our products are exported to Russia,Vietnam, Indonesia,Pakistan,India,Iran, Brazil and so on in the stable and high quality with the lowest price and good service.
