Dryer Fabric

D-fabric® is the first and one of the largest polyester forming fabric and dryer Fabric manufacturer and supplier, located in Jiangmen City, China.Our factory is founded in 1995,and we are specializing in the research and production of paper machine clothing for almost 30 years. We have 180 employees,including 97 professional technology R&D technicians. All of our manufacturing facilities including warping machine,weaving machine, automatic seaming machine and heat-setting machine are equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment in the early 1990s, which have been imported from Norway, Sweden and Austria.

Dryer Fabric is constructed of polyester monofilament, and their main function is to remove the water on the paper sheet by using evaporation.Dryer Fabrics are divided into one and a half layer and double layer fabric. They can be made by pin seaming or endless seaming.The characteristics are high strength, good rigidity, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and dimensional stability.
