2.5 Layers Forming Fabric

D-fabric® is the first and one of the largest polyester 2.5 layers forming fabric manufacturer and supplier, located in Jiangmen City, China.Our factory is founded in 1995,and we are specializing in the research and production of paper machine clothing for almost 30 years. We have 180 employees,including 97 professional technology R&D technicians. All of our manufacturing facilities including warping machine,weaving machine, automatic seaming machine and heat-setting machine are equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment in the early 1990s, which have been imported from Norway, Sweden and Austria. 

2.5 layers forming fabric is used for forming section of paper machine. It is 16 shaft 2.5 layers structure.It is widely used in Paper Industry. The bottom of this forming fabric is double-warp locked structure,and it runs with high loaded for vertical direction and wrinkle resistance for cross direction.Its structure is stable and the retention of filler is high. It is with good dewatering and high wear resistance and long lasting.
